Revenue Growth Advisor
Ranks the highest-leverage revenue opportunities filtered by what's fixable
- agent ›Shortlist ready: three pages where content can close the gap. Top of the list is /garden-furniture: it converts at 0.9% against 2.4% for your other category pages, and it opens with an inspiration banner instead of products.
- you ›Our biggest gap is the grills page, though. Why isn't that on the list?
- agent ›It is the biggest gap in kroner, but the page itself scores well: full product grid, prices and delivery times visible. Its visitors compare and leave. That looks like price or intent — not something a layout change will fix.
- you ›So what is garden furniture worth if we fix it?
- agent ›At your category median, about DKK 14,500 a week on current traffic. Then /gift-cards at DKK 6,200 and /outlet at DKK 4,100. Grills I would leave to whoever sets the prices.
What it does
A list of underperforming pages is easy to make and hard to use: half of it is pages the web team cannot fix. This agent looks for pages whose conversion is well below comparable pages despite real traffic, using page scores, conversion rates, traffic volumes and how much revenue each element's clicks lead to. For every candidate it reads Historian's AI description of the page to judge the cause: weak content, a poor call to action or missing merchandising — things a web team can change — or price, product fit and traffic intent, which it cannot. Only the first kind makes the shortlist. Each opportunity comes with what is likely wrong on the page and an estimate of the revenue it would bring if the page converted like its peers.
An example insight.
What a result from Revenue Growth Advisor looks like. The numbers are an illustration, not a customer's.
Three fixable pages hold DKK 25,000 a week in missed revenue
/garden-furniture, /gift-cards and /outlet convert at less than half of comparable pages on the same template. All three have a content gap the team can close: no products above the fold, no visible delivery terms, a call to action below a long text.
