CTA Optimisation Advisor
Surfaces every underperforming call-to-action with a concrete improvement brief
- agent ›Weakest CTA by revenue at stake: 'Add to basket' on your bike pages, at 4.2% click-through. The same button on your other product pages averages 7.9%. Gap: about DKK 31,000 a month.
- you ›Then let's make the button orange. That usually does it.
- agent ›Colour isn't what's different. On bike pages the button sits below the size guide and the financing calculator — 1,100 px down on a phone. On the pages that reach 7.9%, it's right under the price.
- you ›The calculator stays. Finance insists on it.
- agent ›It can stay — move only the button. Brief: 'Add to basket' directly under price and stock status, calculator below it. If bike pages close two-thirds of the gap to the benchmark, that's about DKK 21,000 a month.
What it does
Finds the calls-to-action on your site — buttons and links whose role is to move a visitor on — and compares each one's click-through with the benchmark for its template: an 'Add to basket' on one product page against the same button on your other product pages. For every CTA that falls clearly below, it looks at why: its copy, where it sits on the page, and what surrounds it. The result is a brief, not a score: the CTA, the gap to the benchmark, the suggested change to copy, position or design, and the uplift you can expect if it closes part of the gap. Ranked by the revenue at stake, so the first brief is the one worth doing first.
