Product Page Conversion Booster
Finds high-traffic product pages quietly leaking revenue
- agent ›'Trail Runner 3' had 6,400 visits this month and converts at 0.8%. Your product pages average 2.1%. Since 12 September its size guide link is gone — it now sits in a closed tab under the description.
- you ›Could be the price. We're DKK 100 more expensive than the big marketplaces.
- agent ›For some visitors, maybe. But the price hasn't changed, and the page converted at 2.0% in August at the same price. The drop starts the day the size guide moved.
- you ›Okay. What's it worth to move it back?
- agent ›Back at the template average, about DKK 23,000 a month. Put the size guide link next to the size picker again — it was the last change before the drop.
What it does
A product page with a lot of traffic and a weak conversion rate loses money every day, and nobody notices because the product still sells. This agent ranks your product pages by the gap between their traffic and how they convert compared with the template's benchmark. For each page that falls short, it reads Historian's AI description of the page to judge whether the gap is plausibly the page's fault — weak content, a missing element, a call to action in the wrong place — and drops the pages whose content looks strong, where the cause is likely outside the web team's hands. For the rest it finds the last content changes made before conversion began to fall. The insight names the page, the gap, the likely cause and the revenue at stake.
An example insight.
What a result from Product Page Conversion Booster looks like. The numbers are an illustration, not a customer's.
8 high-traffic product pages lost their delivery time in the last release
These 8 product pages get 14% of all product page traffic and now convert 35% below the template. All 8 lost the delivery time line under the price in the 2 October release; the rest of the template kept it.
